    This tree stood for around 300 years on Hadrian’s Wall. This past week it was purposefully felled by vandals. I can’t comprehend it. We’ve lost a treasure and a symbol of our region.

    Digging into the archives today because the story’s so good. An internet friend sent me a bow tie, it arrived just in time for a wedding we were going to and was the perfect match for the dress Izzy had picked out to wear. That’s magic 🪄
